Retired dairy beef " txuleta" is becoming a trend, as it should!

Txuleta is premium quality, flavoursome beef and is a sustainable way to use wonderful dairy girls who have done a sterling job supplying all of us with dairy products.

With the upmost respect, their lives have produced fabulous products - milk, cheese, yoghurt and cream, in our eyes they are not a waste product. We value their meat too, mince, slow cook and dry aged primes.

Tailor your meat box subscription to suit your household's needs. Our 4kg boxes are suitable for singles or couples, our 6kg boxes are great for households of three to four people, and our 8kg boxes are ideal for households comprising five or more people.

Our Community Supported Agriculture "CSA" monthly BEEF parcels contain:

• 5-10% prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, porterhouse, scotch, rib eye eye fillet)

• 45-48% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, roast beef)  

• 45-48% mince or a mix of mince and sausages.
