The 'King of Cuts', porterhouse steak comes from the short loin area of the cow. Juicy, succulent and flavoursome, nothing beats a good porterhouse steak. Serve with a simple salad and you're good to go.
Simply heat a frying pan on medium-high heat, brush the steak with oil and cook on each side until the meat is cooked to your liking.
