Our mixed CSA boxes feature a selection of our regenerative pasture-raised produce, which changes according to seasonal availability. Each month, the range varies and may include super-flavoursome aged dairy beef, and occasionally regular beef (when available), goat, lamb, and mutton, broken down in the following way:

10% prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, rack, loin)

45% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, lamb shoulder)  

45% mince or mince and sausages.

It is our endeavour for all consumers to be sustainable about their meat consumption. 

Please note: goat and mutton are seasonal and will not be present in the packs all year round. 

Grass-fed and humanely raised by Tristia and John Lakey on our Sunbury farm. We use regenerative farming methods to improve the health of our land and animals.
