Tailor your meat box subscription to suit your household's needs. Our 4kg boxes are suitable for singles or couples, our 6kg boxes are great for households of three to four people, and our 8kg boxes are ideal for households comprising five or more people.

Our CSA monthly beef parcels contain our flavoursome aged dairy beef, and occasionally regular beef (when available), broken down in the following way:

• 10 % prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, rack, loin)

• 45% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, roast beef)  

• 45% mince or a mix of mince and sausages.

It is our endeavour for all consumers to be sustainable about their meat consumption. 

Regenerative grass-fed and humanely raised by Tristia and John Lakey on our Sunbury and Bacchus Marsh farms. We use regenerative farming methods to improve the health of our land and animals.
