Community Supported Agriculture "CSA" monthly MIXED MEAT (beef, lamb, mutton, goat) parcels
10-15% prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, rack, loin)
40-45% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, lamb shoulder)
40-45% mince or mince and sausages.
It is our endeavour for all consumers to be sustainable about their meat consumption.
Please note: goat and mutton is seasonal and will not present in the packs all year round.
