It's perfect pan fried or grilled, and is the ideal addition to a fresh salad, a burger or a next-level breakfast spread. When cooked, halloumi develops its signature crispy exterior which, paired with its beloved saltiness, has earned this cheese its worldwide fame.
Our halloumi is available for collection at our Sunbury farm and our farmers’ market stalls at Coburg and Alphington. 200-250 gram portions.
