This 4kg CSA beef test box comprises our flavoursome aged dairy beef, and occasionally regular beef (when available), broken down in the following way:

10% prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, porterhouse, rib-eye, scotch)

45% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, brisket, roast beef)  

45% mince or mince and sausages.
