Our mixed CSA boxes feature a selection of our regenerative pasture-raised produce, which changes according to seasonal availability. Each month, the range varies and may include flavoursome aged dairy beef, and occasionally regular beef (when available), goat, lamb, and mutton, broken down in the following way:

10% prime cuts (i.e.: T-bone, rump, rack, loin)

45% secondary/slow cook cuts (ie: osso bucco, blade roast, lamb shoulder)  

45% mince or mince and sausages.

It is our endeavour for all consumers to be sustainable about their meat consumption. 

Please note: goat and mutton are seasonal and will not be present in the packs all year round.
